Over 70 fleet professionals join the first edition of “Inspiring Women in Fleet” (IWIF) in Latin America. The IWIF initiative targets increased visibility of women in our industry and stimulate employers to create an environment for women to thrive professionally.
Aimed at spotlighting the invaluable contributions of women in the fleet industry across Latin America, it included a panel with ALD | Leaseplan Mexico CEO Regina Granados De Ita, Lytx Latam and Caribbean Sales Director Fernando Ferreira, and Deyanira Bautista who is VP of Account Management and Client Experience for Element Fleet Management.

Inspiring stories about challenges and achievements in the industry were also presented by Zoetis Global Head of Fleet Paula Diniz Oliveira, AMAVe general manager Liliana Anaya, and Ferrero Mexico Fleet Manager Dulce Mosqueda.
